Ozone (O₃) is a form of oxygen with three atoms. Our system generates a controlled oxygen–ozone mixture from medical-grade oxygen. It is never inhaled, and it is a complementary treatment used alongside conventional medicine.

An oxygen–ozone mixture is generated from medical-grade oxygen at a concentration set for your treatment. Depending on your assessment, it may be used for major autohaemotherapy (your blood is treated outside the body in a closed system and returned), injection therapy or intestinal insufflation. Your doctor explains the proposed application before you decide.

Ozone-Oxygen-Therapy is for adults aged 18 and over, after an individual medical assessment of your history, indication and any contraindications. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and it is not suitable with some conditions, including hyperthyroidism, low blood pressure, coagulation problems, a recent heart attack or G6PD deficiency.

Your doctor decides at your assessment. Ozone-Oxygen-Therapy is not suitable with G6PD deficiency, so a G6PD blood test may be arranged before your first treatment.

Some patients have a single treatment; others choose a programme of 5 or 10. Your doctor suggests a plan after your assessment, and you are never asked to commit on the day.

Possible side effects depend on the application and include temporary pain, redness or bruising at an injection site, gastrointestinal symptoms, headache and, with intestinal insufflation, bloating or feeling faint. Your doctor discusses the side effects relevant to your treatment as part of the consent process.

No. Medical ozone therapy is a complementary application used in addition to conventional medicine. It is not intended to replace conventional medical care or established treatment for any condition.

Yes. A doctor checks your health history before every drip to make sure it’s suitable. Some drips, such as iron, also need screening or recent blood results first.

Your drip is chosen after a doctor-led assessment, then given by one of our doctors or qualified nurses, with monitoring throughout the infusion.

When given by a doctor or qualified nurse in a clinical setting, IV drips are generally safe. We screen every patient for kidney problems, allergies and medication interactions before treatment. You are monitored throughout the infusion.

For wellness drips, often not. For an iron infusion, yes, recent bloods are essential. If you have specific symptoms we will likely recommend bloods anyway, to make sure we are treating the right thing.

G6PD is an enzyme that protects red blood cells. In people who are deficient, high-dose vitamin C can trigger haemolysis, the breakdown of red blood cells. Testing G6PD first is an essential safety step, and we do not provide high-dose vitamin C infusions without it.

For wellness drips, every 2-4 weeks is typical. Medical drips like iron infusion are dosed differently and depend on your bloods. We will recommend the right frequency for you at your consultation.

Given too quickly, NAD+ commonly causes warm flushing, chest tightness, nausea, abdominal discomfort and lightheadedness. These effects are uncomfortable rather than dangerous, and usually settle as soon as the rate is slowed. To keep you comfortable we run the infusion slowly and adjust the pace to how you feel, so it takes longer than a standard drip. Plan for a longer appointment.

IV therapy can also be arranged at home, with the same clinical standards as a visit to the clinic. It depends on your medical assessment and where you live, so contact the clinic to check availability and fees for your area.

An iron infusion may be appropriate for people with iron deficiency anaemia, very low ferritin, poor absorption from gut conditions, or those who cannot tolerate oral iron. Pregnancy, heavy periods, gastrointestinal blood loss and bariatric surgery are common reasons. Every patient is assessed individually before treatment is offered.

Usually, yes. Iron infusions are given only after blood tests confirm you need them, and B12 and folic acid injections are planned after your results and a review with your doctor. If you have recent results, bring them to your appointment.

Most iron infusions take between 30 and 60 minutes. You will spend a little longer at the clinic for the initial assessment and a short post-infusion observation period. Most patients return to normal activities the same day.

Modern iron preparations have a strong safety profile when administered in a medical setting. Side effects are usually mild and short-lived. Serious reactions are uncommon. At our clinic the infusion is supervised by a doctor and you are monitored throughout.

The full effect on iron stores is typically seen at 4–8 weeks, when ferritin and haemoglobin levels are re-checked with a blood test.

We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient who may need it.

We are a private clinic on a pay-and-claim basis. You pay the listed price and we provide a fully itemised receipt at the end of every appointment, which you can then submit to any private health insurer (VHI, Laya, Irish Life, etc.) according to your policy. We do not bill insurers directly.

No, not when treatment is dosed and placed correctly. We aim for a softened, natural look where you can still raise your eyebrows, frown and smile normally. If you want a more dramatic effect we will discuss that openly, but a frozen forehead is rarely flattering and we will gently push back.

No. You can book a private GP appointment as a one-off, and you do not need to be registered. We will of course be happy to see you again.
