What is anti-wrinkle treatment?
Anti-wrinkle treatment uses small, precise injections of botulinum toxin type A, the same medicine used for decades to treat conditions like migraine, excessive sweating and muscle spasm, to relax the muscles that cause expression lines on the face.
When the targeted muscles are temporarily relaxed, the overlying skin smooths out. The result is a softer, fresher look that does not freeze your face.

Is anti-wrinkle treatment safe?
Yes, when administered by a properly trained medical doctor in a clinical setting. Botulinum toxin has been used in medicine for over 30 years. At Dr. Torun's Clinic the product is prescribed and injected by a doctor, not a beauty therapist.
When will I see results?
Most people start to see softening of lines at 3-5 days. The full effect is visible at 10-14 days. We typically recommend a follow-up review at 2 weeks if it is your first treatment with us.
How long does anti-wrinkle treatment last?
Results typically last 3-4 months. With repeated treatments, the muscles that cause expression lines weaken slightly, so many patients find treatments last a little longer over time and they need less product per session.
Will I look frozen?
No, not when treatment is dosed and placed correctly. We aim for a softened, natural look where you can still raise your eyebrows, frown and smile normally. If you want a more dramatic effect we will discuss that openly, but a frozen forehead is rarely flattering and we will gently push back.
